When your referral joins the Coho community, you’ll earn referral fees for up to 6 months! It’s that simple.

1. SUBMIT

Submitting a referral is easy. When your referral submits our application, they will be asked how they heard about Coho. Ask them to list your company name and that's it!

2. TRACK

We will follow up with your referral through our normal application process. If the referral results in a recurring monthly contract, you qualify for the program.

3. COLLECT

When you refer someone to Coho Commissary, you’ll earn a one-off $250 discount on your monthly membership fee one month after they move in*. There's no limit to how many referral rewards you can earn.
